An end user oriented platform for scientific visualization

چکیده

In our discussions with end users about today's vi-sualization environments we were led to consider new concepts for the setting up of a platform which should be better suited to their real needs. In this paper, a hierarchy of visualization objects is presented. They will be the main elements of an new platform which should be both intuitive and extensible.
